Luk Kelles holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the KU Leuven and a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from the same university (including an Erasmus stay at the Ludwig Maximilians Universitaet in Munich).

After an internship at a boutique consultancy in Germany, Luk started his professional career at PwC Consulting (shortly afterwards acquired by IBM Business Consulting Services) in Brussels. After a couple of years, Luk moved to London to work at large consulting firms such as Accenture and Deloitte, where he worked for both public and private organisations around the world, each undergoing major and often international transformations which he had to shape and lead.

Subsequently Luk was headhunted to join KPMG in Qatar where he led the Strategy & Operations consulting team for several years. At the same time he also founded the Belgian Business Club in Qatar, which after only 6 months welcomed one of the largest Belgian trade missions ever.

In 2017, Luk returned to Belgium for a post at the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, but the world of professional services continued to appeal to him, so he returned to management consultancy shortly thereafter.

Throughout his career, Luk has been fortunate to hold multiple leadership positions, both within and outside consulting, specialising in advising organisations on strategy, business transformation and service delivery. Luk enjoys starting up new initiatives and strongly believes in the power of focused teams.
