Terbium launches and supports initiatives in which people with extensive professional experience remain economically and socially relevant, for society in general, and for organisations with specific needs in particular. 

  

Terbium was founded in 2024 based on a twofold observation: on the one hand, the existence of a growing but dispersed group of people who, after the most intense and busy period of their careers, are still strongly motivated by meaningful and impactful challenges; on the other hand, the acute shortage of talents, experience and expertise in the business world and beyond.
