Tinne Aerts

Tinne Aerts is a seasoned HR professional, highly specialised in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, and Talent Management. With strong expertise in recruitment and optimising recruitment processes, as well as coaching recruitment teams, Tinne has gained significant experience in HR.

After completing her studies as a Master of Science in Bio Engineering (KULeuven, '94), Tinne began her career as a production manager in a food company in Singapore. Upon her return to Belgium in 1998, she continued her career as a strategic consultant and change manager for various international companies. At Bpost, she was responsible for major reorganisation projects. Tinne’s HR career started in 2005 as a Recruitment Consultant at Korn Ferry.

Since 2008, Tinne has worked as an independent consultant and interim manager, undertaking a wide range of assignments for diverse organisations, including Keolis Belgium, WEngage Belgium, Aquafin, KPMG, Materialise, Deloitte, and many others. She has led recruitment teams, optimised recruitment processes, implemented KPI reporting, and rolled out new employer branding campaigns.

Tinne is also an active Insights Discovery Practitioner and was a former lecturer at Karel de Grote Hogeschool, where she taught expert classes in recruitment and Insights Discovery.

In addition to her professional career, Tinne serves as the president of the Kempen Breakfast Club. In 2024, Tinne was nominated as HR Freelancer of the year.
