Sven Van de Wynkele

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Military and Naval Sciences at the Royal Military Academy, Sven served as a naval officer for 10 years, of which 7 years on board.

In 2001, Sven moved to the private sector and joined GE as Human Resources Manager, first at GE Industrial Systems in Ghent, followed by GE Equipment Services in Amsterdam and finally at GE Healthcare in Dubai. In 2007 he moved to Royal Philips in Singapore. In 2011, Sven was asked to co-lead the divestment of Philips Television, which led to the independent business TPVision.

From 2011 to 2022, Sven held various roles as CHRO and Executive Committee member for TP Vision, K&A and Royal BAM Group respectively. Since 2022, Sven has been Managing Partner of LYST, which includes Libons that imports Lebanese wines and more. He is also an independent director at Verelst Group and Belfidi.

Sven has gained strong and in-depth experience in all aspects of leadership, general management, human resources, mergers & acquisitions, culture, leadership development and business transformation, in an international/global context, in the maritime, industrial, financial services, healthcare, consumer electronics, architecture & engineering consultancy, the construction and real estate industries.
