Katrien Berghs

Katrien Berghs holds a law degree from KU Leuven. She then obtained a master's degree in Social Law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Katrien started her career in 1999 as an assistant at the Institute of Employment Law at the KU Leuven and as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar at Linklaters. Since 2006, Katrien has been active in various leading HR positions at Delhaize Group, Loyens & Loeff Advocaten and Adecco Group. She has been working at Keytrade Bank as HR Director since 2019.

Katrien is a human resources professional with a broad experience as an HR generalist in various sectors - banking, staffing, retail and professional services. Katrien's role is to attract and retain the right talent, develop performance-oriented corporate cultures, organise transformation processes and change management as well as initiatives that improve employee engagement.
